Verum is a pioneering Western-standard CRO providing consulting and operational services across Central and Eastern Europe since 1996. As the first registered CRO in several countries in the region, Verum has built strong and enduring partnerships with clinical sites, laboratories, and scientific communities.

For over 20 years, the Company has provided extensive consulting and management services in medicinal product development for leading EU- and US-based pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies. Our aim is to support our clients throughout the entire product and drug development lifecycle and to obtain Marketing Authorization in a costefficient and timely manner, ensuring high-quality data delivery.

A key strength of the company is its established team of professionals with excellent academic training and extensive experience in clinical trial management across Western, Central, and Eastern European countries.

Led by senior management with long-term clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical companies, academic research organizations, and CROs, Verum supports and manages the operational aspects of clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including cardiology, oncology, hematology, neuroscience, psychiatry, respiratory and infectious diseases, endocrinology, dermatology, and reproductive medicine.

Over the past two decades, more than 160 trials have been completed using our services. Verum’s high level of client satisfaction is reflected in 15 awards recognizing quality, performance, and sound business practice, and the company has been selected by the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) to conduct a government-funded trial in Europe.

Verum’s core business and key competence is consulting and project-related services for both commercial and non-commercial clinical trials in Central and Eastern Europe. We are mostly specialized in neuroscience, oncology and hematology, respiratory, infectious and cardiovascular diseases. In the course of the last years, Verum is also focused on biosamples collection studies, conducted by developers and manufacturers of integrated systems for the analysis of genetic variation and biological function. We are experts in regulatory and ethic affairs for biosample collection studies in Europe.

Besides providing consulting and management in clinical trials, Verum created a partnership network with data management, biostatistics, IMP packaging and logistics companies with the purpose to provide one-contract, strong and competent service for our clients.
